Practical information
Reserve a spot at IS-X Academy without obligation
If you have a specific training course in mind, feel free to reserve a spot without any obligation. This ensures your participation while, for example, you submit your application internally. Your reservation remains active for 2 weeks. You can place a reservation up to 4 weeks before the start of a training and confirm it definitively up to 2 weeks before the start. Final confirmations from IS-X Academy will be sent to you no later than 1 week before the course begins.
Training Center Breda
All IS-X Academy training sessions take place in our extensive training center in Breda. The training center is easily accessible by both car and public transportation.
Course material, certificate & evaluation
Each participant will receive a corresponding course folder at the beginning of the training. This folder contains printouts of all presentations discussed and additional information. This allows the participant to create a personal and practical reference work by adding their own notes and analysis results during the practical sessions. At the end of the course, each participant receives a participation certificate. This certificate includes the attended training and the covered topics. To ensure the correct issuance of these certificates, please fill in your registration form as completely as possible. The training concludes with an evaluation round. The data from this evaluation are treated confidentially and are solely intended to optimize our training courses where necessary.
Hotel stay
If desired, we can also arrange overnight accommodation including breakfast for the course participants. Participants will stay at a hotel on the outskirts of the center of Breda. The hotel stays (including breakfast/city tax, excluding VAT) will be invoiced together with the costs associated with the course to your financial administration.
Costs & invoicing
The training fee includes the syllabus, practice materials, documentation materials, coffee/tea/soft drinks, and lunches. IS-X Academy is a division of Interscience B.V. After receiving a final confirmation of participation, Interscience B.V. will send an invoice (including any accommodation costs) to your financial administration, no later than the start of the course, referencing the order number stated on the registration form.
In the event that there is no order or reference number at the time of our invoicing, our back office will request it from you. Administrative fees will be applied for this service.
IS-X Academy reserves the right to pass on any unavoidable price changes during the course year to the training fee.
Cancellation
Final registrations can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 weeks before the start of the training. In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start, the full participation fee is due. However, you can substitute another employee to attend the booked training at no additional cost. We kindly request you to provide the updated details no later than one day before the start of the training.
Any course cancellation by IS-X Academy will be communicated no later than 1 week before the respective course.
