Training Center Breda
All IS-X Academy courses are held at our training center at Interscience in Breda. The Interscience location is at Tinstraat 16 (unit 116), in Breda and is within walking distance (approximately 5 minutes) of Breda/Prinsenbeek railway station.
Course material, certificate & evaluation
At the start of the course, each participant receives a course folder. This folder contains printouts of all presentations, as well as additional information. This allows the participant to create a personal and practical reference by adding their own notes and analysis results during the practical sessions. At the end of the course, each participant receives a certificate, stating both the training attended and the topics covered. The course concludes with an evaluation round, the results of which are treated confidentially.
Hotel
Upon request, we also arrange hotel accommodation for course participants. Participants will stay in a hotel on the outskirts of Breda’s city Centre. The hotel stay includes breakfast and city tax. As standard, accommodation costs are paid by participants at check-in, but these costs can also be invoiced to your financial administration together with the course fees.
Any additional expenses incurred must always be settled directly with the hotel.
Costs & invoicing
The course fee includes the course folder, documentation and practical materials, coffee/tea/soft drinks, and lunches.
IS-X Academy is a division of Interscience B.V.
After a final confirmation of participation has been sent, all costs related to the course will be invoiced to your financial administration by Interscience B.V. or Interscience bvba. Invoicing will occur no later than the start of the course, referencing the order number stated on your registration form.
If no order or purchase order number is available at the time of invoicing, our back office will contact you to obtain this information. Administrative fees will be charged for this.
Cancellation
Final registrations can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 weeks before the start of the course. In case of cancellation within 2 weeks of the start, the full participation fee remains due. However, you may substitute another employee for the booked course at no additional cost. We kindly request that you provide the updated details no later than 1 day before the start of the course.
Any cancellation by the IS-X Academy will be communicated to you no later than 1 week before the start of the relevant course (unless unforeseen circumstances occur).
